Good value on trampoline

I bought an oval trampoline during their spring sale. I was watching prices for a while, and this sale finally made it worth jumping on. Got free installation which saved us a good chunk of cash. The quality seems solid for the price I paid, definitely felt like I got a good deal overall. Happy with the purchase.

Playset setup went great

Just got a cedar swing set from Superior Play for the backyard. The whole thing was pretty easy, from ordering online to getting it delivered. The guys who came to install it were quick and knew what they were doing. My kids were out there playing on it as soon as they left. Feels sturdy, no complaints.

Good basketball hoop

Bought an adjustable basketball hoop. Delivery was on time. Installation went smoothly. Hoop works well, very sturdy. Kids use it daily. Happy with this purchase.

Another solid playset purchase

This is my third purchase from Superior Play, we got a springless trampoline this time. Like before, the delivery was smooth, and the installation team was efficient and friendly. The quality of the trampoline feels just as good as the playset and basketball hoop we bought years ago. It's nice to know I can count on them for good gear.

Detailed review of swing set

We recently purchased a residential playset, the one with the rock climbing wall and a slide attachment. Ordering was straightforward on their website, though I did call customer service once to confirm a delivery date, and they were helpful. Delivery was within the estimated window, and the installation crew was very professional. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and cleaned up well afterward. The playset itself is robust; the cedar wood looks great and feels very sturdy. The kids have been using it daily. No issues with any parts, and it seems built to last. The only minor thing was a slight delay in getting the initial installation scheduled, but once it was set, everything else went perfectly.

Decent playset, minor hiccup

We ordered a wooden playset with a couple of extra swing set accessories. The playset quality is quite good, and the kids love it. Delivery was prompt, and the installation team was skilled. My main feedback would be that one of the accessory boxes was missing a small bolt, which delayed part of the setup until they sent a replacement. Customer service was responsive about it, but it was a bit of an inconvenience. Otherwise, the playset is solid, and the overall experience was mostly positive. Good products, just a small snag with the parts.
